Striders and Strollers

The plan this week is to walk northward on the Osgoode Trail starting at Osgoode Main Street in Osgoode at 10:00 Friday, 19 June 2026.  We will meet in the small parking area on the south side of Osgoode Main Street where the street crosses the trail.

From Manotick, take Bridge Street eastward and turn right (south) on River Road.  Proceed south on River Road approximately 9.5 kilometers to Snake Island Road.  Turn left (east) on Snake Island Road and bare to the right to continue south on Nixon Drive.  Drive south approximately 2.5 kilometers to Osgoode Main Street (there’s a stop sign at the intersection) and turn left (east).  Just before Osgoode Main Street crosses the Osgoode Trail you will see a small parking area on your right (south) where we will meet.

For those who want to participate with the optional coffee or lunch, No Go Coffee is adjacent to the parking area, and there is also the Red Dot Cafe further east on Osgoode Main Street.
